Co-founded by a Canadian and a Portuguese, Alto do Monte is a Promoter/Developer based in Porto and undertaking multi-family residential construction projects. Established in 2023, they have 3 active projects and 2 upcoming projects in their pipeline with a portfolio of 165 apartments.
Their positioning is for the middle segment, bringing quality housing to enrich neighbourhoods in the Porto region.
With a focus on Growth, their business model implements a mix-strategy of financing projects through investors, funds and financial institutions. They target to achieve 10 projects by 2030 to secure their market position and maximise value creation for the housing shortage in Portugal.
Having the goal of contributing to the growth of the Portuguese Real Estate market and attracting Canadian investment, they will undertake activities in Canada throughout 2026 to promote their opportunities as well as those coming from other partners.
