The CPCC Executive Lunch Series continues to bring together leading professionals, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders from Canada, Portugal, and beyond.
2025 has been one of the most dynamic years for Canada’s role on the global stage — marked by trade diversification, a rethinking of bilateral relationships, a new Prime Minister, and a bold new budget. As we approach 2026, a new era of transatlantic opportunity emerges, offering Portugal and Canada fresh potential to strengthen ties in trade, investment, and travel.
We are honoured to welcome Elise Racicot, Ambassador of Canada to Portugal, who will share her perspective and lead an engaging conversation on how both nations can seize these opportunities and shape the next chapter of their partnership. We will also be joined by Prof. Miguel Athayde Marques, who will speak about the current geopolitical landscape from both an economic and commercial standpoint, with a special focus on transatlantic relations and the Canada–Portugal relationship.
